Job Summary: Administer, operate, and optimize endpoint security and data protection platforms, ensuring operational continuity and regulatory compliance to safeguard assets. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in Continuous Security Improvement **Position Objective:** Administer, operate, and optimize the Bank's endpoint security and data protection platforms, protecting internal technological assets and sensitive information through proper implementation of security controls defined by the Cybersecurity Management Office. This position serves as a Platform Administrator, responsible for operational continuity, continuous improvement, and incident support for the solutions under its scope, ensuring regulatory compliance and protection of the Bank’s critical information. **Main Responsibilities:** Platform Security Administration (Platform Administrator Role) Administer assigned endpoint security and data protection platforms in accordance with defined procedures. **Operate and Maintain Controls for:** Antivirus, EDR/XDR, DLP/Data Protection, DSPM, Disk Encryption, MDM, WDAC Endpoint Device Inventory Ensure correct configuration, updates, and coverage of platforms. Data Protection and Endpoint Security Implement and maintain data protection policies on endpoints. Administer device encryption and secure management of sensitive information. Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection and privacy regulations. Reduce risks of loss, leakage, or exposure of Bank information. Event and Incident Management Review, validate, and contain security events reported by other departments or platforms. Detect and analyze anomalies related to endpoints and data. Actively support cybersecurity incident management by providing: Technical information, Impact analysis, Mitigation recommendations, Support in containment, eradication, and recovery Documentation and Continuous Improvement Maintain up-to-date technical and operational procedures associated with platforms under responsibility. Propose continuous improvements in processes, configurations, and security coverage. Collaborate in initiatives to strengthen the Bank’s internal security posture. Requirements **Professional Education:** Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, or a related field. Specialization Endpoint Security (EPP/EDR/XDR). Data Protection/DLP. Disk and device encryption. Windows operating systems (with focus on security and hardening). Cybersecurity incident analysis and response. Documentation and adherence to operational procedures. **Work Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in: Cybersecurity Information Security Administration of endpoint security platforms Competencies Responsibility and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Analytical ability and incident resolution capability. Collaborative work with technical and cybersecurity teams. Orientation toward continuous improvement. Technical autonomy within defined guidelines. Strict adherence to procedures and standards. Others Intermediate technical English (reading and comprehension).
