Learn more at experianplc.com. **Job Description** **Overview of the Area:** The Technology & Innovation (T&I) area is the engine enabling innovation and efficiency across the organization. Its purpose is to ensure that technology platforms, information systems, and digital services operate securely, scalably, and in alignment with business needs. From architectural design to daily operations, T&I ensures continuity, resilience, and technological evolution—driving digital transformation and enhancing customer experience. **Purpose of the Role:** Lead the technology strategy in Chile, ensuring integration and evolution of T&I development, operations, and service areas—with focus on innovation, resilience, compliance with regional and global architecture and security standards, and regulatory adherence. This role is critical in driving business initiatives—including Open Banking—and launching new business units as market requirements evolve, among others—while ensuring adoption of cloud architectures (AWS) to guarantee platform security and scalability. **Key Deliverables:** * Annual budget and strategic plan for the Chile area. * Product roadmap and project compliance plans. * Operational KPIs and OKRs—including availability, security metrics, and productivity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the local technology strategy aligned with regional and global vision and business needs. * Lead development, operations, and service teams—fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and alignment with architecture and security standards. * Jointly lead, with the product team, implementation of business initiatives—including Open Banking—as defined by market requirements. * Drive cloud adoption and migration, optimizing cost, scalability, and resilience. * Ensure availability, security, and continuity of technology platforms—collaborating closely with relevant regional and global teams. * Ensure compliance with regulations, security standards, architecture governance, and corporate policies. * Manage budgets, technology vendors, and contracts. * Promote agile practices, DevOps, and automation to accelerate value delivery. * Lead innovation and digital transformation initiatives delivering business impact. * Support AI initiatives within country operations. **Required Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in AWS Cloud (architecture, security, cost optimization). * Enterprise architecture and scalable solution design. * Advanced cybersecurity and risk management. * Agile methodologies, DevOps, and automation. * IT governance and business continuity management. * Experience with Open Banking, APIs, and regulatory standards. **Competencies:** * Inspirational leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Strategic thinking and results orientation. * Effective communication and stakeholder negotiation. * Change management capability and innovation promotion. * High adaptability in dynamic and evolving environments. **Why Is This Role Critical to Us?** The Head of Technology role holds significant importance—not only for the function but for the entire country.
