Find this job and more on Get on Board. ### **Responsibilities** * Identify and document IAM processes (workflows, responsible parties, and controls). * Manage evidence and requirements in tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA. * Support internal, CMF, and corporate audits by consolidating technical documentation. * Track action plans and update control dashboards. * Review IAM controls (planned absences, terminations, inactivity in AD, etc.). * Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical and compliance teams. ### **Description** We are seeking an IT Security Engineer to serve as a key liaison between the Identity and Access Management (IAM) unit and the Processes and Compliance team. You will be responsible for consolidating, documenting, and maintaining all information related to controls, evidence, and regulatory compliance applicable to the IAM process, strengthening traceability and efficiency during internal, external, and regulatory audits. Requirements: Technical or professional degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields; minimum of 2 years of experience in access management (IAM), IT security compliance, or audit support; knowledge of IAM processes (identity management, recertification, user provisioning/deprovisioning, segregation of duties); intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence; desirable knowledge of ISO 27001, COBIT, MAR, and CMF regulations. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams under strict regulatory frameworks. ### **Desirable** Additional knowledge in security and compliance frameworks, experience in regulated environments, certifications in information security, and skills to proactively manage audit evidence.
