IT Manager / Information Technology Supervisor Location: Santiago \| On-site mode with occasional regional travel We are looking for a professional to lead the IT department of a growing company with nationwide presence. The main mission of this role is to ensure operational continuity, organize the technological infrastructure, and design a growth plan aligned with business objectives. Main responsibilities: Provide technical support to users (levels 1 and 2\), both on-site and remotely. Manage LAN, WAN, and WiFi networks, as well as servers, backups, and Microsoft 365 platform. Manage inventories of hardware, software, and user profiles. Coordinate and supervise telecommunications providers and other IT-related services. Implement basic cybersecurity controls and measures in line with best practices and CSIRT guidelines. Support the operation and continuity of internal systems such as ERP and CRM within the automotive sector. Define and document IT policies, procedures, and standards. Design the technology roadmap, participate in investment planning, and manage the department's budget. Maintain technical communication in English with the headquarters located in the United States. Profile requirements: Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Execution Engineering in Computing, or related field. 5 to 10 years of proven experience in technical support, networks, and infrastructure. Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and user support. Intermediate/advanced level in server administration, backups, and cybersecurity concepts. Functional technical English proficiency for communication with overseas teams (mandatory). Experience in automotive industry companies and handling automotive sector ERPs is desirable. Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, or related ones are valued.
