Creation of interactive dashboards with Power BI Kibernum seeks a Power Platform Developer (Power Automate & Power BI) for a Process Optimization Project We are looking for a Power Platform Developer with at least 1 year of experience in Power Automate and Power BI for a 1-month project with potential extension. This project focuses on optimizing internal processes within the Customer Services department of a company, providing support wherever needed. What You Will Do: Develop automated solutions using Power Automate to optimize repetitive tasks and improve efficiency in Customer Services processes. Create interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI to deliver valuable insights that facilitate decision-making. Collaborate on integrating solutions with other Microsoft tools, such as SharePoint and Dynamics 365, as required. Provide technical support and guidance on Power Platform usage to teams involved in the project. Optimize processes across the entire Customer Services chain, enhancing the experience for both internal and external customers. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience with Power Automate and Power BI. Knowledge of Power Apps, Common Data Service (CDS), and Power Virtual Agents (desirable). Experience in process automation and development of solutions that improve team productivity. Knowledge of data integration and creation of dynamic reports. Experience in Customer Services processes is a plus. Conditions: Work Mode: 100% remote, with availability to attend the office in Pudahuel if necessary. Duration: 1 month, with possible extension depending on project progress.
