Design, implement, and maintain security measures to protect the organization's systems and data. ? Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions. ? Investigate and respond to security incidents, including forensic analysis and remediation. ? Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures. ? Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies. ? Work with the IT team to ensure security is integrated into all phases of the development lifecycle. ? Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Data Protection teams on matters related to IS and Cybersecurity. ? Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company-wide SI awareness plan. Requirements: ? Proven experience as an Information Security Analyst or in a similar role. ? Experience in the financial sector: banking, insurance, (ideally AFPs). ? Solid knowledge of information security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001\). ? Proficiency with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), SIEM, encryption, identity and access management (IAM), PAM, Cloud Security (Azure). ? Familiarity with penetration testing and vulnerability scanning. ? Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions. ? Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. ? Relevant courses and certifications related to ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, EH, Data Protection, Cloud Security (Azure). ?
