




Position Summary: We are seeking a Digital Adoption Specialist to drive digital transformation through effective use of Microsoft 365 tools, training, and support. Key Highlights: 1. Strengthen teams’ digital capabilities. **Job Description** ---------------------- At Nexxo, we are looking for a Digital Adoption Specialist to drive our digital transformation strategy. You will be responsible for enabling effective use of Microsoft 365 tools and other internal systems through hands-on training, technical support, and promotion of innovative digital habits, thereby strengthening our teams’ digital capabilities. Main Responsibilities Design and deliver hands-on workshops on Microsoft 365 tools and internal platforms, tailoring content to diverse user profiles. Provide IT support to end users (software and hardware), including diagnosis, resolution, and follow-up. Identify digital skills gaps and propose improvements to the training curriculum. Plan logistics, participant outreach, and materials for workshops and other training sessions. Log and categorize incidents, generating preventive actions to reduce recurrence. Support the development of simple MVPs to automate tasks (basic macros, Power Automate). Identify digital opportunities and projects arising from real team needs. Requirements: Degree in Computer Engineering, Networking, Systems Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of experience providing end-user IT support and/or training on digital tools. Solid experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, Copilot, etc.). Intermediate Excel skills (tables, formulas, pivot tables); basic macro knowledge is desirable. Power Automate / Power Platform knowledge is desirable. Familiarity with ITIL and cybersecurity best practices is valued. Apply with us!
