What will you do in this role?: As the Cyberintelligence Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining cyberintelligence solutions and systems to enable early threat detection and proactive protection of the bank's critical assets. This position focuses on transforming security data into actionable intelligence, facilitating the identification of attack patterns, event correlation, and incident response support. Additionally, it aims to strengthen BancoEstado’s cybersecurity posture through automation of information flows and continuous updates on threat actors, vulnerabilities, and emerging trends. Your key responsibilities will include: * Monitor, analyze, and correlate security events in real time. * Implement and maintain cyberintelligence tools and SIEM platforms. * Automate ingestion and processing of Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) and threat Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). * Generate threat intelligence reports for internal teams and executives. * Participate in security incident investigations and forensic analysis. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge base on threat actors, malware, and vulnerabilities. * Comply with security policies and financial sector regulations. To succeed in this position, you need: * University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in cyberintelligence, threat analysis, or digital forensics. * Knowledge of SIEM tools, threat intelligence platforms, and automation of security data flows. * Scripting and programming skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell). * Intermediate to advanced technical English.
