Experience and requirements for the position: \- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Systems / Telecommunications / Industrial Engineering, or related fields with a strong foundation in processes and technology. \- 3 or more years of verifiable experience in Privacy / Data Protection / Data Governance / Security \& Compliance, with focus on personal data. \- Between 3 and 6 years in consulting or internal roles (Privacy Office, Risk/Compliance, Cybersecurity, Data Governance), performing: Assessments / gap analysis; design and implementation of privacy programs, policies, and procedures; process documentation and data mapping; coordination with technology teams to implement controls (e.g., classification, DLP, encryption, tokenization). \- Demonstrable knowledge of process documentation, identification of personal data, and definition of controls/measures. \- Practical knowledge of Chile’s data protection framework and references to GDPR (and/or LATAM frameworks). \- Intermediate English level (B1) for documentation and analysis.
