We are currently seeking a Customer Delivery Architect (CDA) to become a strategic technical partner for our corporate clients. What will be your impact? You will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable technological architectures, ensuring that Eva Learning's services generate maximum value. You will work closely with Customer Success, leading the adoption of new solutions and designing modernization roadmaps in areas such as cloud, SAP, data, security, and AI. Your main responsibilities Strategic technical management with clients Act as the technical reference in key accounts. Understand the client's business strategy and translate it into sustainable and scalable technical designs. Align current architectures with Eva Learning's best practices and those of technology partners. Technology adoption and enablement Support the proper adoption of implemented solutions. Recommend upgrades, adjustments, and new capabilities that enable continuous modernization. Promote FinOps, security, and operational efficiency practices. Support to Customer Success Serve as the technical arm of Customer Success in strategic clients. Prepare and present technical roadmaps in QBRs and periodic committees. Support service renewal and expansion processes from an architectural perspective. Innovation and competitiveness Identify innovation opportunities and new use cases within each client. Analyze trends in AI, analytics, advanced cybersecurity, and cloud to apply them to business realities. Design and validate transformative use cases that differentiate Eva Learning's offering. What we are looking for in you Education: University degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Industrial, Telecommunications) or related field. Desirable specialization in Cloud Architecture or Digital Transformation. Experience: +7 years in technical roles (architecture, consulting, delivery, or similar). Participation in projects with large-scale corporate clients. Experience leading technological modernization initiatives (cloud, SAP, data, security, etc.). Technical knowledge: Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP. SAP: ERP, Basis, BTP, S/4HANA. Data & Analytics, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity. Valued certifications: AWS SA Pro, GCP, SAP, PMP, ITIL. Intermediate/advanced English to interact with international stakeholders. Other requirements: Availability for occasional travel. Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders. Experience with architecture design tools (Lucidchart, Visio, or other online diagramming tools). Advanced proficiency in Office, project management tools, and technical documentation.
