We are seeking an Audiovisual Technician. Objective: We are looking for a professional with experience in technical support for videoconferencing platforms and audiovisual services. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in similar roles, possess knowledge of audio and video equipment installation and operation, and demonstrate strong customer orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities: ? Installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of audio and video equipment for videoconferencing, including Cisco Webex and Microsoft Surface Hub. ? Installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and devices used in web meetings—such as Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Microsoft Teams—along with standard office software including Microsoft Office 365 and Windows OS. Use of complementary applications such as Slido and Microsoft Polls, etc. ? Configuration and operation of streaming services using applications such as OBS and vMIX. ? Feedback on service quality and suggestions for improvement. ? Reporting of key performance indicators and evaluation of systems used by ECLAC. ? Maintenance of audiovisual systems. Installation and supervision of audiovisual equipment during meetings. ? Support for remote simultaneous interpretation services. ? Inventory management and preventive maintenance of equipment. ? Reporting of key performance indicators and evaluation of new audiovisual products. ? Preparation of audiovisual equipment and materials in meeting rooms. Requirements: ? Minimum 1 year of experience in videoconferencing, webinar, or live streaming support. ? Technical English proficiency is desirable. ?
