Compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards A technology company is seeking a Software Architect to work on a public tender. 1. Remuneration: To be agreed upon 2. Objectives and Summary: The tender aims to modernize, implement, and deploy an integrated system to replace the current Personnel Administration System (SIAP) used by the organization. 3. Technical Requirements: * **Infrastructure**: Mandatory On-Premise installation with integration into the institutional VMware vSphere environment. * **Database**: Exclusive use of Oracle Database 19c. * **Data Migration**: Migration of historical and current data from the SIAP system to the new ERP. * **Security**: Compliance with the Chilean Army CSIRT cybersecurity standards and protection of sensitive data using TLS/SSL and AES. * **SLA**: Maximum first-response time of 4 business hours and resolution of critical incidents within a maximum of 1 business day. * An On-Premise solution installed in the institutional data center with backup on VMware vSphere is required. Technical requirements include compatibility with Oracle Database 19c and application servers such as Oracle WebLogic, IIS, Apache, or Nginx. * Official Oracle certifications are required: Oracle Certified Professional, along with demonstrable experience in Oracle, Java, Python, C, and PHP. 4.
