Wind Turbine Assembly Supervisor **Job Objective** ---------------------- Supervise and coordinate wind turbine assembly activities, ensuring compliance with project-established safety, quality, productivity, and schedule standards. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Supervise the mechanical assembly of towers, nacelles, hubs, and blades. * Coordinate lifting operations and critical on-site activities. * Lead and supervise work crews. * Ensure adherence to procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Monitor progress and report project deviations. * Coordinate required resources, equipment, and materials for operations. **Requirements** -------------- * Technical or Engineering degree in a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising wind turbine assembly. * Experience in heavy-lift operations. * Knowledge of safety regulations and on-site work practices. * Class B driver's license.
