A reputable fuel company operating at mining sites seeks: Warehouse Worker for a Mining Site in the IV Region. **Job Mission:** Control, operate, and perform basic maintenance on facilities for receiving, distributing, and ensuring fuel and lubricant supply, according to company and client requirements. Fulfill job objectives while maintaining established safety and ethical standards for performing the role. **Main Responsibilities:** Fuel and Lubricant Supply at Service Stations and Gas Stations: * Supply fuel and lubricants to various units, recording volume, unit, and other data; perform daily reconciliations/balancing. * Receive facilities from the previous shift and generate corresponding reports if any irregularities occur. * Measure fuel and lubricant tank levels each shift as per current procedures, where applicable. * Operate facility motor pumps, efficiently applying work procedures and selecting the appropriate fuel or lubricant type as required. Fuel and Lubricant Receipt: * Receive fuel and lubricant delivery trucks, ensuring sufficient storage capacity is available. * Conduct proper seal and product level inspections on truck tanks before and after unloading. * Identify risk situations, effectively controlling fill levels of main tanks. * Control and execute the fuel and lubricant receipt process to prevent cross-contamination of products. Inventory Control: * Assist in measuring, sampling, and temperature-taking of main tanks (fuel only); reconcile daily physical stock per tank and product. * Maintain up-to-date measurement logs and report daily stock levels and daily closing balances. * Investigate any out-of-range fluctuations per procedure. * Manage fuel orders. * Take temperature measurements by segment and API readings (fuel only).
