Today, we seek to welcome a Logistics Supervisor to our Punta Arenas branch, who will be challenged to lead daily operations, ensuring order, control, continuity, and a high standard of service. What does this role involve? You will be responsible for coordinating the operational team and ensuring logistics processes are executed efficiently, safely, and orderly—maintaining reliable inventories, well-organized spaces, and proper coordination with various branch departments. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and organize daily activities of the logistics team. * Coordinate processes for receiving, storage, preparation, and dispatch. * Ensure inventory control, order, and traceability. * Enforce compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations. * Maintain smooth, efficient, and service-oriented operations. * Coordinate requirements with internal departments to ensure operational continuity. * Promote proper use of tools, equipment, and facilities. * Identify process, timing, and operational control improvement opportunities. What do we need from you? * Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, operations, distribution, or similar areas. * Experience leading or coordinating work teams. * Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, storage, and dispatch. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * SAP knowledge preferred. * Valid Class B driver's license (mandatory). * Class D driver's license preferred. * Residence in Punta Arenas or willingness to work on-site in the area. Together, we pave the way.** **Desired Profile** ------------------ We are looking for someone who: * Has at least 3 years of experience leading operational or logistics teams. * Has experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations. * Has intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knows SAP (preferred). * Holds a valid Class B driver's license (mandatory). * Holds a Class D driver's license (preferred). * Excels in leadership, organization, and problem-solving. * Resides in Punta Arenas.
