Inventory control, stock level management, and material traceability At **OXZO S.A.**, we are seeking a **Warehouse Coordinator** to manage warehouse operations, ensuring timely availability and delivery of materials, effective inventory control, and continuous supply chain support across all company departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the preparation and delivery of materials required by Operations and Projects. * Manage and monitor procurement activities, purchase orders, and supplier coordination. * Control inventories, stock levels, and material movements, ensuring full information traceability. * Coordinate material storage, organization, and dispatch, ensuring efficient and safe operations. * Monitor warehouse-related requests and operational deviations. **Required Profile** We seek Senior Technicians or Executive Engineers in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or procurement functions—ideally within industrial environments. **Requirements** * Experience in warehouse, inventory, and procurement management or coordination. * Proficiency in ERP systems and IT tools for operational control and monitoring. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of procurement processes, stock control, and warehouse safety. * Forklift operator license, desirable.
