Development of skills in fitting, assembly, and technical repair. **Join Wenco S.A.'s Die-Making Team! ️** **Job Objective:** Your mission will be to ensure the quality and continuity of our production through the manufacturing, fitting, and repair of injection, extrusion, and blow molds and dies. **What will you learn and do with us?** We will train you in the complete industrial die-making cycle: * **Precision Machining:** Operation of lathes (manual and CNC), milling machines, grinders, and machining centers. * **Fitting and Assembly:** Assembly of cavities, guides, and bushings to ensure perfect closures. * **Advanced Maintenance:** Cleaning, lubrication, and **mirror-bright polishing** techniques. * **Technical Repair:** Application of TIG/MIG welding and management of heat treatments for material hardness. * **Blueprint Reading:** Technical interpretation of engineering specifications. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Precision and Attention to Detail:** Ability to work within minimal tolerances. * **Manual Dexterity:** Proficiency in using bench tools and machinery. * **Safety:** Full commitment to PPE usage and workshop safety standards. **Requirements:** Young graduates from **Industrial High Schools** (Intermediate-Level Technician) specializing in: * **Industrial Mechanics.** * **Machinery and Tools.** **Location:** HUECHURABA. * **Schedule:** Administrative hours, Monday to Friday.
