Team collaboration for efficient service At **Mr. Sushi**, we are about to open our first branch in **LAUTARO**, and we’re looking for you to join our team! We are seeking a **Sushiro/a** passionate about cooking, quality, product excellence, and teamwork, whose primary responsibilities include mise en place preparation, sushi preparation, assembly, and presentation. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare mise en place for sushi preparation. * Prepare, assemble, and present high-quality sushi. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sushiro/a (MANDATORY). * Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Commitment to quality and service excellence. * Previous employment references (MANDATORY) * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work **5x2 and 6x1** schedules (with corresponding days off) **Schedule:** (Full Service: Monday–Sunday, 11:00–23:00) * One week on a **6x1** schedule with one day off per week * One week on a **5x2** schedule with two days off per week * Two Sundays off per month. **BASE SALARY:** $600,000 + production bonus (with growth opportunities) **BENEFITS:** * Uniform * Lunch * Knife * ACHS membership * 20% discount at our branches **Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of this experience and the great Mr. Sushi family!** Salary: Starting from $600,000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
