Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor for farms, responsible for ensuring compliance with productive parameters, leading teams, and managing results for a company with 130 years of history. Therefore, we invite you to participate in the selection process for the Production Supervisor position, to be performed at our Production Farms. What will be your main responsibility? Responsible for ensuring compliance with the productive parameters set by Management, through supervision of all activities included in the production process, while safeguarding infrastructure and equipment conditions. **In addition, you will:** * Lead your team, ensuring people's development and integrity, providing necessary tools for task execution, maintaining a harmonious work environment, as well as their safety. * Be responsible for implementing the farm's production management plan. * Conduct monthly meetings, informing the work team of results (KPIs), progress or deviations, and immediately taking corrective and preventive actions to achieve departmental objectives. At least 2 years of experience in the industry and leading work teams. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
