Job Description We are seeking a **Port Security Training Coordinator** to design, implement, and supervise training programs aimed at risk prevention and compliance with international regulations in port operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in training, occupational safety, and logistics management. Key Responsibilities * **Program Design**: Develop port security training plans. * **Course Supervision**: Coordinate training activities and evaluate participant performance. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure alignment with national and international port security regulations. * **Document Management**: Maintain records of trainings and certifications. * **Authority Liaison**: Coordinate with port authorities and regulatory bodies. * **Process Optimization**: Propose improvements in teaching methodologies and logistics management. * **Internal Training**: Train internal teams on security protocols. Requirements * Degree in Transport Engineering, Logistics, Occupational Risk Prevention, or related field. * Minimum 4–6 years of experience in training and port security. * Advanced knowledge of maritime and port security regulations. * Proficiency in ERP systems and training management platforms. * Intermediate-to-advanced English; additional languages are a plus. * Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
