The primary objective of this role is to coordinate on-site security personnel, ensure compliance with security regulations, and implement contingency plans for comprehensive protection of facilities and occupants. **Direct and Operational Responsibilities** * Lead, schedule, and supervise on-site security guards, ensuring proper shift execution and adherence to protocols. * Verify validity of accreditations (OS\-10\), position coverage, and condition of protective equipment. * Coordinate emergency response—including fire incidents or unauthorized intrusions—in collaboration with Carabineros, PDI, and rescue services. * Audit the functionality of CCTV systems, access control systems, and perimeter alarm systems in the building. * Design management reports, incident minutes, and operational risk assessments for administration. **Candidate Requirements** * **Mandatory Certification:** Valid **OS\-10 Course for Private Security Supervisors** (*mandatory*). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years leading security teams in corporate towers, industrial complexes, or shopping centers. * **Education:** Completed secondary education (technical or professional degree in related fields preferred). * **Competencies:** Leadership, operational composure, conflict resolution, and proficiency in electronic security systems. * **Location:** On-site availability in Las Condes commune (near Manquehue Metro station). **Employment Conditions** * **Net Salary:** CLP $2\.400\.000 paid monthly. * **Contract Type:** Direct employment with Gametop Email SpA. * **Strategic Location:** Rosario Norte financial district with excellent urban connectivity.
