We seek a responsible, technically skilled, and quality-focused candidate with experience operating **extrusion lines or similar industrial processes**. Responsibilities * Operate and control **production extrusion lines**, ensuring adherence to process technical parameters. * Adjust **temperatures, RPM, material flow, and Kg/hour** according to product specifications. * Supervise proper **weighing and preparation of raw materials and pigments**. * Perform **in-process quality self-inspection**. * Coordinate and supervise tasks of the assigned **Production Assistant** on the line. * Complete **production records, process forms, and shift logs**. * Identify process deviations and make adjustments to optimize **product yield, speed, and quality**. * Perform **basic preventive equipment maintenance** and report failures to the maintenance department. * Supervise **homogenization, cooling, cutting, and packaging** processes of the finished product. * Maintain **order, cleanliness, and safety on the production line**. * Strictly comply with the company’s **industrial safety, quality, and environmental standards**.
