Coordinate team members’ responsibilities according to the organization’s policies and strategies. Efficiently manage assigned organizational resources to fulfill contractual obligations. Ensure proper execution of construction works. **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in production scheduling and ensure timely and quality delivery. * Prepare weekly activity schedules related to assigned tasks, projecting them to completion and clearly defining requirements—including timing, quantity, labor, materials, tools, and equipment. This schedule must be updated daily based on progress achieved and submitted to the Site Manager. * Ensure compliance with scheduled activities. * Maximize productivity and performance of assigned work crews. * Ensure and approve control of measurements and quantities related to assigned activities. * Supervise and approve daily control of equipment, tools, and vehicles assigned to work crews or tasks, ensuring they remain in good operating condition. * Supervise and ensure proper use, efficiency, and performance of assigned resources—including materials, equipment, tools, and labor—during working hours. * Attend weekly site coordination meetings and present progress reports on assigned activities, issues encountered during work execution, and action plans to meet project timelines and standards, as well as report activities planned for the following week. * Manage relationships with other supervision and management areas on site. * Conduct regular informational meetings with your work team. * Promptly inform the Site Manager of any incidents or anomalies involving personnel under your supervision or within your work area. * Ensure comprehensive care of your own safety and health. * Provide clear, truthful, and complete information regarding your health status. * Comply with the organization’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System rules, regulations, and instructions. * Promptly inform the employer or counterpart about latent hazards and risks at your workplace. * Participate in occupational health and safety training activities defined in the OH&S Management System training plan. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of construction. * Secondary education diploma (Mandatory). * Technical professional qualification in construction or studies aligned with the role’s functions. **Seize the challenge.
