Key Responsibilities: * Supervise on-site compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations across all project activities. * Monitor civil works, foundations, structural assembly, mechanical, electrical, PEM, and other activities typical of photovoltaic projects. * Verify correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by workers and subcontractors. * Conduct periodic safety inspections, identifying unsafe conditions and acts, documenting observations, and proposing improvements. * Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of safe work procedures and technical instructions. * Participate in hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA/AST) for various on-site activities. * Deliver safety inductions, daily safety talks (D.S. Talks), and preventive training to personnel. * Report and record incidents, substandard conditions, and near-misses, and follow up on corrective actions. * Supervise contractor and subcontractor compliance with Occupational Safety and Health requirements. * Support the Head of Prevention in implementing action plans aimed at reducing accidents and incidents. * Maintain up-to-date preventive documentation as required by regulation and company policy. Requirements: * Degree as a Health and Safety Technician or Engineer. * Valid registration as a Health and Safety Expert under Chilean regulations (mandatory). **Seize the challenge.
