Job Summary: Plan and oversee the execution of operational tasks, ensuring proper handling and storage of concentrates for safe and efficient management. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with safety regulations and standards. **Main Purpose:** ----------------- Plan and oversee the execution of operational tasks, ensuring proper handling and storage of concentrates to achieve safe and efficient management while complying with established operational parameters.**Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:** --------------------------------------------------------- * Train personnel under supervision on area-specific procedures and work instructions, emphasizing the importance of compliance; communicate personal and team training needs; and evaluate training effectiveness when required. * Execute and monitor daily operations—including Receiving, Blending Operation, Dispatch, Re-weighing, Conditioning, Humidification, Sieving, Storage, Conditioning, and Dispatch of concentrates—to ensure efficiency. * Plan and manage the efficient use of resources required for operations, and assign physical space for operations (e.g., Blending Operation, Receiving, Dispatch, Re-weighing, and Conditioning). * Maintain up-to-date daily management reports (e.g., hour meter, floor plan, water consumption, etc.). * Promptly report workplace incidents/accidents occurring in the area and conduct the corresponding reporting and investigation. * Motivate personnel to achieve short- and long-term organizational objectives and participate in internal and/or external training activities planned by the company. * Support and actively participate in all activities related to the integrated management system. * Relocate and support activities conducted at other warehouses or sites as assigned. * Perform other duties within the scope of responsibility necessary to achieve departmental objectives. * Execute and monitor effective implementation and compliance with regulations, standards, procedures, and instructions in area processes, and apply relevant operational controls (MA and safety). * Transport personnel to company facilities when required. **Key Relationships and Department Overview:** ---------------------------------------------- Warehousing Operations Manager Warehousing Manager
