Optimize cloud resources and ensure regulatory compliance. **Cloud Continuity Manager** At **PS Group**, we are looking for a **Cloud Continuity Manager** to join the **Operational Continuity** area within the **Operations Management** department. We seek a professional with solid experience in **cloud** environments, possessing expert-level knowledge and willingness to assume responsibilities for managing, coordinating, and supervising technological services—contributing to ensuring the organization’s operational continuity, stability, and efficiency. Position Objective: Guarantee the continuity, security, and efficiency of **cloud** services and infrastructure, ensuring stable, highly available, and high-performance environments aligned with internal policies, security standards, and business operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Manage, administer, and supervise infrastructure in cloud environments, ensuring its availability, performance, and proper configuration according to organizational policies. * Coordinate and execute remediation actions for incidents or vulnerabilities detected in cloud services and infrastructure, ensuring timely mitigation and compliance with security standards. * Implement and promote cloud operational best practices, including identity management, access control, resource hardening, and regulatory compliance. * Participate in designing and evolving resilient, scalable, and secure cloud architectures aligned with business operational continuity requirements. * Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage, identifying opportunities for improvement in cost, performance, and operational efficiency. * Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on implementing cloud solutions, ensuring correct integration with existing infrastructure and alignment with continuity guidelines. * Manage and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for cloud services, including architecture diagrams, critical configurations, and operational and recovery procedures. * Support incident, risk, recovery plan, and preventive action management related to operational continuity. * Participate in operational meetings, projects, technical reviews, and change committees, as required. * Mandatory Requirements: * Expert-level cloud experience. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles. * Experience in managing, administering, and supervising infrastructure in cloud environments. * Knowledge of cloud service availability, performance, configuration, and continuity. * Experience remediating incidents, vulnerabilities, or security gaps in cloud services. * Knowledge of identity management, access control, resource hardening, and regulatory compliance. * Experience in designing or evolving resilient, scalable, and secure cloud architectures. * Knowledge of monitoring, cost optimization, performance, and operational efficiency in cloud environments. * Experience or willingness to perform management, coordination, and documentation tasks. * Experience coordinating with internal teams and technology vendors. * Experience managing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational or recovery procedures. * Availability to work in the Operations area, with occasional overtime. Desirable Requirements: Working Conditions: * Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of IT management frameworks such as ITIL, PMI, or process management. * Knowledge of business continuity, BCP/DRP, and database administration. * Work Mode: Hybrid, 3 days onsite / 2 remote, based on operational needs. * Working Hours: 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday. * Contract Type: Fixed-term, initially 3 months \+ 3 months. * Department: Operations / Operational Continuity.
