We are currently looking for a **Maintenance Operator** to join our Renca plant. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Operation and Adjustment:** Operate and adjust assigned equipment according to technical specifications to meet production plans while ensuring product quality. * **Technical Maintenance:** Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to guarantee uninterrupted operation of machinery. * **Safety and Self-Care:** Comply with hygiene and safety regulations, use personal protective equipment, and collaborate with safety initiatives (TPM/PPA) to prevent accidents. * **Quality and Food Safety:** Conduct inspections and maintain records per plant licensing standards to ensure safe, high-quality products. * **Continuous Improvement (TPM):** Actively participate in eliminating losses and resolving problems through audits and training to improve plant performance indicators. * **Reporting:** Promptly report any deviations in results or equipment operation to the relevant departments. **Minimum Requirements:** * **Education:** Higher Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial operations. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with quality standards (FSSC22000\), safety standards (ISO 45001\), and environmental standards (ISO 50001\).
