### **Job Responsibilities**
A leading shipyard located in Puerto Montt seeks to hire a **Naval Supervisor**, responsible for coordinating, controlling, and supervising naval construction, repair, and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with established technical, quality, safety, and schedule standards.
**Main Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate fieldwork teams during naval construction, repair, assembly, and maintenance processes.
* Monitor project progress, adherence to work schedules, and proper execution of assigned tasks.
* Interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and project requirements.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal shipyard operational procedures.
* Coordinate necessary resources, materials, tools, and logistical support for task execution.
* Report progress, deviations, operational needs, and technical observations to the relevant supervisor.
* Support the receipt, inspection, and delivery of completed work, ensuring compliance with standards required by internal and external clients.

### **Job Requirements**
Requirements: • Technical or professional education in naval engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, naval construction, or related fields. • Proven experience in shipyards, naval construction, vessel repair, metal structures, or similar production processes. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting naval and/or structural blueprints. • Experience leading fieldwork teams. • Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and operational procedures. • Planning ability, leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to work on-site in Puerto Montt.
