An industrial maintenance company is seeking a Field Maintenance Manager to coordinate, supervise, and control service execution at facilities including drinking water pumping stations, drinking water tanks, wastewater chambers, and associated electromechanical systems. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring technical quality, operational continuity, contractual compliance, and safety, while safeguarding customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise preventive, corrective maintenance, and emergency response. * Diagnose failures and validate the technical quality of interventions. * Lead technical teams on-site and coordinate operational activities. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and use of PPE. * Manage technical documentation, work orders, and reports. * Prepare additional work requests, support budgeting, invoicing, and client communication. **Requirements** * Technician or Engineer in Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or related field. (Mandatory) * 3–5 years of experience in industrial electromechanical maintenance. * Experience leading technical teams on-site. * Knowledge of pumps, motors, electrical panels, and blueprint reading. * Proficiency in Excel and maintenance management platforms (desirable). * Valid Class B driver's license.
