Optimize resources and coordinate teams to ensure operational continuity **Job Description** We are seeking a **Mining Operations Manager** to lead and coordinate operational activities at the mine site, ensuring compliance with work programs, safety standards, productivity, and quality. This role will be critical in optimizing resources, coordinating teams, and maintaining operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise **mining operations** in accordance with established programs, procedures, and objectives. * Coordinate work teams, machinery, equipment, and resources required to meet operational targets. * Monitor productivity, availability, cost, progress, and program compliance indicators. * Coordinate with maintenance, risk prevention, planning, and other departments to ensure operational continuity. * Supervise compliance with **safety, occupational health, and environmental** procedures during mine site activities. * Identify operational deviations and develop corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency. * Prepare management reports and communicate progress, risks, and improvement opportunities to management. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering with Mining specialization, Industrial Engineering**, or a related field. * **5 to 8 years of experience** in mining operations, preferably at medium- or large-scale mine sites. * Experience leading teams and coordinating operational activities on-site. * Knowledge of mining planning, production control, resource management, and operational KPIs. * Familiarity with **mining safety, risk prevention, and environmental** standards. * Desired experience operating equipment and machinery used in mining operations. * Leadership skills, decision-making ability, results orientation, and willingness to work on-site/at the mine. Salary: $1\.900\.000 \- $2\.900\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
