It has cross-functional impact on operational continuity, asset protection, and standards compliance in a dynamic, high-demand environment. If you are motivated to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage critical situations, and contribute to operational excellence, this is an opportunity to grow within a leading company in the logistics sector. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise security services across branches, corporate buildings, and distribution centers nationwide * Maintain direct, ongoing relationships with external security providers, ensuring compliance with contracted services * Monitor and control physical security performance indicators * Manage incidents and contingencies, ensuring timely and effective responses * Implement improvements to security protocols and procedures * Ensure compliance with internal regulations and corporate security standards, including Law No. 3\.607 on Private Security and associated regulations (OS\-10\) * Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to guarantee operational continuity and protection * Conduct on-site audits and controls to verify proper service functionality * Ensure operational coverage at all assigned locations **Position Conditions and Context** * Schedule: Article 22 \- Monday to Thursday, 7\.30 AM to 5\.45 PM; Friday, 7\.30 AM to 1\.00 PM. (Schedule is indicative only and may be adjusted in case of contingencies) * Location: Enea Pudahuel * Contract type: Fixed-term (possibility of indefinite contract based on performance) **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Professional education aligned with logistics risk prevention, administration, security, or related fields * Prior experience coordinating physical security, preferably in logistics, industrial, or corporate environments * Experience managing external security providers (mandatory) * Knowledge of current private security regulations (including Law No. 3\.607, Law No. 21\.659, and associated regulations) * Capacity for planning, organization, and management of multiple operational sites * Communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills * Strong attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to respond effectively to contingencies * Willingness to travel and conduct on-site supervision * Implementation and monitoring of protocols under Law No. 3\.607 on Private Security and Supreme Decree No. 93 * Minimum 3 years of experience * Minimum education: Higher Technical Professional degree * Graduate * Logistics Engineering * Logistics Technician * Occupational Risk Prevention Engineering * Occupational Risk Prevention Technician * Security
