Job Summary: Asfalcura is seeking a Mechanic to maintain and repair machinery used in the production of asphalt mixtures and aggregates, ensuring equipment operability and efficiency. Your initial objective will be: To perform maintenance and repairs on machinery used in the production, transportation, and placement of asphalt mixtures and aggregates, ensuring **equipment operability, reliability, and efficiency**. Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy machinery and industrial equipment. * Diagnose and repair basic mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electrical failures. * Ensure proper use of spare parts and repair quality. * Maintain operational availability of equipment. * Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of tools and assets. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace. * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Participate in technical training and internal activities. Job Requirements: **Education:** * Secondary or higher-level technical degree in Mechanics or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of self-propelled equipment and industrial machinery. **Technical Knowledge:** * General and diesel mechanics * Heavy machinery * Hydraulic systems (power transmission) * Electrical systems * Belt systems (material transfer) * Aggregate and asphalt plants **Other Requirements:** * Class B driver's license * Class D driver's license (non-exclusive) Competencies: * Quality orientation * Organization and planning * Problem solving * Responsibility and commitment * Strong technical skills We Offer: * Job stability * Continuous development and training * Opportunity to join a construction/industrial company * Positive work environment Application Question(s): * Please indicate your desired net salary.
