In this role, you will actively participate in implementing safety, quality, autonomous maintenance, and continuous improvement standards, contributing to the sustainable performance of operations and the development of Essity’s operational culture. You will report directly to the **RST Operations Leader** and collaborate closely with operators, specialists, and leaders across various manufacturing areas. If this challenge resonates with you, we’d love to meet you. **Job Responsibilities** **Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement** * Facilitate the application of HMEX-related work standards and systems. * Support the continuous optimization of production processes through root cause analysis (RCA) and standardization. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at eliminating operational losses. * Promote compliance with Quality, HMEX, CL, CILs, and other operational process standards. * Support the implementation of projects related to products, materials, and processes. **Safety and Preventive Culture** * Serve as a role model for safety and self-care standards compliance. * Act in accordance with Essity’s Life-Saving Rules and I Care principles. * Promote the identification and reporting of incidents, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Actively participate in safety, occupational health, and environmental initiatives. **Team Development** * Act as a coach on production processes and technologies. * Support and coordinate technical training activities for operational teams. * Maintain strong presence on the shop floor, collaborating directly with operational teams. * Drive a culture of operational discipline, continuous learning, and ongoing improvement. **Integrated Management and Sustainability** * Contribute to achieving the company’s quality objectives. * Promote efficient resource use, reducing waste and supporting operational sustainability. * Know, promote, and comply with Essity’s Code of Conduct. * Perform additional tasks defined by management according to business needs. **Who You Are** * Graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. * Up to 1 year of professional experience. * Interest in developing expertise in manufacturing, operations, and continuous improvement. * Intermediate level of English. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Willingness to work onsite and engage directly with operational teams. **What We Offer You** Our purpose—Breaking Barriers for Well-being—gives meaning to everything we do.
