Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Operator to operate production equipment, assist in manufacturing/packaging, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance, ensuring quality and safety standards. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Operator whose primary objective will be to efficiently operate plant production equipment and machinery and assist in all activities related to the manufacturing and packaging of finished products, complying with product quality standards, industrial hygiene and safety regulations, and in accordance with policies and procedures established by the ICB Group. **Main Responsibilities:** * Efficiently execute the production schedule on time and as specified, following ICB/JBA-established procedures in the areas of quality, environment, and safety. * Operate assigned machines correctly and follow work methodologies to ensure proper operation of equipment under one's responsibility and continuous improvement thereof. * Coordinate one's team to achieve compliance with the production schedule. * Perform maintenance operations—preventive and corrective—on assigned machines (basic/advanced) to ensure their proper functioning. **Requirements:** * Electromechanical Technician / Industrial Maintenance Technician or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role (preferably in food plants). * Availability to work rotating shifts in Quilicura (morning, afternoon, and night). **Join ICB!** **Requirements:** * Electromechanical Technician / Industrial Maintenance Technician or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role (preferably in food plants). * Availability to work rotating shifts in Quilicura (morning, afternoon, and night). **Apply with us!**
