Job Description Executes on-site leadership for preventive and corrective maintenance of assets, analyzes and monitors reliability and availability of critical production lines and auxiliary systems, and ensures compliance with maintenance plans and safety standards—aiming to guarantee optimal equipment operability at minimum cost and without harm to personnel. Key Responsibilities | Activities Lead on-site execution of maintenance tasks from the master plan to maximize operational continuity. Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans for production lines. Oversee on-site permits and documentation required for maintenance activities. Ensure on-site availability of spare parts, components, and materials necessary for operations. Analyze solutions for issues or deviations in execution using root cause analysis. Manage work requests and work orders (WOs) via the SAP platform. Manage repairable components within the assigned area. Monitor achievement of objectives, deadlines, and quality standards, optimizing resource utilization. Coordinate and define actions with various departments to resolve operational continuity issues. Assign human and material resources to address unplanned activities impacting production. Education, Experience and Other Requirements University degree in Civil Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Machinery Engineering, or related field. Willingness to work rotating 7x7 shifts (day/night). 5 years of professional experience.
