Job Objective The primary objective of this position is to supervise and coordinate the scheduling of maintenance activities, ensuring operational efficiency and work quality both in the processing plant and external areas, including services provided by third parties. Main Responsibilities * Respond promptly to management requests, particularly regarding on-site work. * Plan and assign weekly tasks to subordinates according to the established work schedule. * Assign specific work orders based on maintenance type and required technical competencies. * Supervise on-site execution of activities to ensure task completion and proper use of tools and equipment. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. ### **Job Requirements** \-University degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering or related field. \-Experience supervising maintenance teams, preferably in processing plants. \-Knowledge of industrial maintenance planning and execution. \-Willingness to work on Chiloé Island. ### **Benefits** Transportation, Meals, Benefits and corporate agreements
