We are looking for a DevOps Lead to lead the CI/CD strategy, drive process automation, and strengthen DevOps practices within a high-impact technology environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing continuous integration and deployment pipelines; governing development standards and policies; and leading initiatives aimed at improving software delivery efficiency, quality, and security. Key responsibilities include defining the DevOps roadmap; automating manual processes using modern tools and frameworks; managing Azure DevOps governance; leading Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) implementation; monitoring KPIs and performance metrics; and closely collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful deliveries. Additionally, the candidate must actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, technical mentoring, and adoption of best practices. We seek professionals with a degree in Computer Science Engineering or related fields, and at least 4 years of proven experience in DevOps, automation, and cloud platforms. Certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ\-400\), Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, and Terraform Associate will be highly valued. Solid experience in Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, Terraform, DevOps security, pipeline monitoring, and knowledge of Databricks, Airflow, SQL, and Azure Analysis Services are essential. Advanced English proficiency is an absolute requirement.
