




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Import Analyst to manage documentation and track import processes, ensuring smooth product flow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage documentation and track the import process. 2. Maintain contact with national and international customs agents. 3. Monitor and track international purchase orders. Position Objective Manage import documentation and tracking to ensure proper product flow in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness, in accordance with company-defined standards. Main Responsibilities Review documentation received from foreign suppliers and forward it to the customs agency, maintaining updated digital records. Track shipments of imported products in systems such as Movex, Informix, and SAP. Maintain ongoing contact with national and international customs agents regarding payments, customs clearance, and cargo pickup. Monitor and track international purchase orders (e.g., transportation mode, dates, etc.). Register and submit import entry declarations to the accounting department. Manage payments to foreign suppliers, international freight charges, and insurance companies, issuing corresponding SWIFT messages. Request, manage, and analyze documentation required for the import process. Coordinate timely delivery of products to respective warehouses. Comply with quality, food safety, occupational health and safety, environmental, energy and water efficiency, and biosecurity standards. (Mandatory) **Work Experience:** We seek a Junior profile, with or without prior work experience. **Knowledge:** Intermediate proficiency in Office 365\. SAP knowledge (desirable) Basic English (desirable) General Information **Location:** Melipilla. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:30 hrs; Friday until 16:30 hrs.
