**Key Role Challenges**
* Design, coordinate, and supervise employee wellness, benefits, and social assistance programs.
* Continuously analyze area performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
* Manage agreements, benefits, and relationships with strategic suppliers.
* Lead procurement processes, especially those related to supplementary insurance.
* Administer supplementary insurance and medical assistance funds, ensuring proper utilization and budgetary control.
* Coordinate corporate activities and internal events that strengthen organizational climate.
* Advise employees on pension, social, and benefits-related matters.
* Ensure administrative and financial control of the area, with a focus on efficiency.

**What We Are Looking for in You**
* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles or in Quality of Life, Benefits, or HR areas.
* Knowledge of procurement processes and agreement management.
* Experience administering supplementary insurance.
* Familiarity with pension and legal matters.
* Competencies in communication and use of digital tools such as Canva.
* Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency.
* Analytical and numerical skills.
* Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
* Proactive profile with autonomy, internal customer orientation, and interpersonal skills.
* Minimum 4 years of experience
* Minimum education level: University degree
