Learn more at www.lundinmining.com. **Job Description** ------------------------- Ensure operational continuity, data quality, and maintenance process control in SAP S/4HANA (PM/EAM module) and complementary maintenance software applications by resolving incidents with specialized expertise, supporting field users, and managing changes under controlled conditions—aligning IT with asset reliability and production. **Key Responsibilities \| Activities** ------------------------------------------------ * Resolve errors in notifications, work orders, confirmations; analyze logs and root causes to manage maintenance incidents. * Support the full work order lifecycle—from notification and order creation, through planning, execution, closure, and final settlement. * Support PM\-MM\-FI/CO integration by resolving material consumption errors, correcting cost posting issues, and validating data integrity across modules. * Assist planners, supervisors, and technicians by resolving SAP or Fiori usage errors, translating operational problems into SAP solutions. * Manage access rights and authorizations to maintain security for critical processes and ensure compliance with controls. * Document solutions and configurations to manage departmental knowledge. * Manage maintenance master data, including equipment, technical locations, BOMs, and maintenance plans. **Education, Experience and Other Requirements** --------------------------------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Technical Competencies** * Functional expertise in SAP Maintenance (PM/EAM) on SAP S/4HANA * PM – MM – FI/CO integration * Maintenance master data management * SAP security and authorizations * Functional configuration (*basic customizing*) * Functional testing and *end\-to\-end* validation * Incident analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) * Knowledge of technical integrations * Use of reports and KPI analysis * IT Service Management (ITSM / *ServiceNow*) * Familiarity with SAP Fiori and user experience * Knowledge of ITGC and auditing We are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible workplace.
