You will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of scaffolding assembly work, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise scaffolding assembly and dismantling * Lead work crews * Ensure compliance with safety standards * Coordinate on-site activities **Conditions:** * Shift: 14 days on / 14 days off * Accommodation: Hotel / Guesthouse / Other * Transportation included **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 2 years of experience in mining * Scaffolding certification * Experience leading teams
