Currently, for Chile, we are seeking a new Installation Technician position in Antofagasta, responsible for installing and maintaining wireless, wired, CCTV, and other technology-driven alarm systems, supporting the delivery of security services in accordance with established quality standards, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction within a productive and efficient work environment. What will you do in this role? * Physically install alarm systems—including wireless, wired, CCTV video verification, Camera Manager, home automation, and others—with precision according to technical standards, conduct testing, and system activation. * Train customers on the installed security system. * Perform repairs, expansions, and technical maintenance in compliance with technical standards, testing, and system activation. * Correctly and appropriately use measurement tools, systems, and equipment provided by the company for alarm installation. * Deliver high-quality in-person customer service during service installation. * Safeguard assigned equipment used for installations. What do we expect from you? * Technical education as a Higher Technician or Intermediate Technician in Electronics, Electricity, or a related field. * Experience installing alarm and CCTV systems for residential and commercial applications. * Basic-level networking experience (non-mandatory). * Class B driver’s license. * Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday from 09\.00 to 18\.30 hours and Saturdays until noon, depending on operational needs; working hours subject to Article 22.
