**Responsibilities:**

As the **Logistics Analyst PT South America**, your mission will be to ensure continuity and efficiency of logistics management by coordinating necessary processes and information to respond promptly to business needs and contribute to operational improvement.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
* Managing business logistics requests, organizing, prioritizing, and tracking requirements for South America (excluding Brazil).
* Coordinating with factories, carriers, warehouses, and other involved departments regarding material availability, dispatch, transportation, and delivery.
* Executing and controlling logistics operations in SAP, including movements, material receipt or creation, and master data maintenance.
* Supporting and guiding internal customers by providing information on availability, dates, costs, and status of requests, and appropriately managing their expectations.
* Analyzing logistics operation data and associated costs, identifying variances between provisions and actual costs, deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Preparing and presenting key logistics KPI reports during LDM (Logistics Development Meeting), tracking results, deviations, and action plans.
* Preparing reports and performing tasks upon request from your supervisor within the scope of your responsibilities.
* Complying with Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Quality regulations; reporting all unsafe actions or conditions identified in your workplace that could jeopardize personnel safety or cause property damage; using natural resources efficiently and segregating waste properly.
**To succeed, you need:**

**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Technical or professional degree in Logistics, Logistics Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 1 year of prior experience in logistics processes, logistics administration, procurement, transportation, inventory management, materials management, or equivalent functions.
Intermediate English (written communication)

**Desirable Requirements:**
* University education or supplementary studies in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, logistics costs, data analysis, or SAP.
* Experience in industrial or multinational companies.
* Prior experience at Atlas Copco.
* Experience working with factories or regional teams.
* Experience analyzing transportation costs and accounting or operational variances.
