A company specializing in **HVAC** is seeking a **Hospital Construction Supervisor** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the execution of HVAC projects in hospital construction. * Coordinate on-site technical teams and subcontractors. * Ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Monitor construction progress and report to direct supervisors. * Prepare and track **Payment Certificates (PC)**, ensuring their accurate preparation and approval. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical and health regulations for healthcare facilities. * Review and validate installations of HVAC, ventilation, and exhaust systems. **Requirements:** * Technician or professional degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising HVAC construction projects (preferably in hospitals or clinics). * Experience preparing and tracking Payment Certificates (PC). * Knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprint interpretation, and technical specifications. * Familiarity with indoor air quality standards and sanitary control regulations for healthcare facilities. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Willingness to work on-site.
