If you have experience installing, maintaining, and diagnosing low-voltage and security systems, this opportunity is for you! **What We Are Looking For:** * **CCTV Systems:** Solid knowledge of DVR/NVR configuration, basic IP addressing, balun connection and usage, filters, and cameras (analog and IP). * **Fire Alarm Control Panels:** Experience or familiarity with low-voltage fire detection systems (brands such as Paradox, Bosch, or Inim), installation of smoke detectors, and technical expertise to test cable continuity and identify faults. * **Intercom Systems:** Proficiency in residential and community intercom systems, from concierge station wiring to resident apartment units (brands such as Aiphone, Auta, or similar). * **Connectivity and Cabling:** Ability to organize structured cabling, neatly route signal cables, and properly twist cables. * **Automatic Gates:** Basic knowledge of control and motor command signal wiring (not mandatory, but considered a plus). **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct on-site inspections for diagnosis and preventive/corrective maintenance of low-voltage systems. * Install, conduit, and organize low-voltage cabling according to quality standards. * Perform initial configuration of video surveillance equipment and troubleshoot residential communication systems. **What We Offer:** * Job stability and employment contract. * Salary aligned with market standards and proven experience. * Pleasant work environment and tools for performing your duties effectively.
