Together, we can transition toward a more sustainable, equitable, and balanced protein production system. **What You’ll Do** Reporting to our Maintenance Manager, you will perform electromechanical maintenance on the Plant’s production equipment, machinery, and facilities, promoting optimal equipment operational performance under high safety standards. **Who We’re Looking For** We are seeking a responsible individual ready to be the protagonist in this role — someone full of energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with like-minded people. You will also need: * Higher Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering. * At least 4 years of experience in plants or industrial environments (experience in dairy, pulp & paper, food, or similar industries is valued). * Proficiency in maintenance-related software and intermediate Excel skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts on-site to ensure operational continuity. * Knowledge of maintenance KPIs. * Experience in self-care and industrial safety. **What You’ll Receive** As part of Nutreco, you will become a member of the SHV family — a diverse group of companies with a global presence.
