Join us today! **What You’ll Do:** * Manage commercial relationships with active Azure customers, strengthening long-term partnerships and understanding their business priorities. * Drive growth in cloud consumption and Annual Contract Revenue (ACR) within the installed base. * Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, promoting initiatives related to migration, modernization, security, data, AI, and managed services. * Co-develop account-specific growth plans with commercial, pre-sales, and delivery teams. * Monitor projected vs. actual consumption, anticipate deviations, and execute corrective actions to ensure goal attainment. * Leverage Microsoft programs and incentives to accelerate cloud adoption and expand business. * Identify business and technological challenges faced by customers, connecting them with portfolio solutions through consultative selling. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper execution of opportunities and successful customer experiences. * Accelerate the closure of commercial opportunities and ensure Gross Profit generation from services. * Manage the commercial lifecycle within existing accounts, ensuring retention and sustainable growth. * Keep the pipeline, forecast, and commercial activities up to date in CRM. * Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to maximize account value. **About You:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial development, account management, commercial customer success, or consultative sales in technology. * Experience working with Microsoft Azure or within the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem. * Solid understanding of cloud consumption models, ACR generation, and recurring revenue models. * Experience managing enterprise customers and driving growth on an installed base. * Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into cloud solution opportunities (migration, modernization, security, data, AI, managed services). * Experience in consultative selling, focused on value creation and account growth. * Knowledge of Microsoft programs and incentives for cloud adoption and expansion. * Experience in commercial forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of consumption and revenue targets. * Excellent communication and influencing skills with technology and business stakeholders. * Strong results orientation, focus on consumption growth and Gross Profit generation. * Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of ownership in commercial management. * Ability to coordinate multiple internal stakeholders (sales, pre-sales, delivery) and manage complex opportunities. * Desired certifications: AZ\-900, AI\-900, or Microsoft commercial accreditations. \#LinkedInJobs
