Collaboration in developing work procedures **Culinary Chef (10 vacancies)** **Food Handlers / Cooks \- Kitchen Assistants** ============================================================================================================ ### **CONTACT INFORMATION** **Company:** Mediterranea de Catering **Economic Activity:** Industrial supply of meals on order; provision of food services ### **DESCRIPTION** We are seeking dynamic and committed individuals to perform the following functions: Functions/Responsibilities: \-Develop the daily menu for each service, adhering to the scheduled meal plan, hygiene standards, quality standards, and food safety regulations established by the company and legally mandated standards and/or the contract associated with the assigned cafeteria. \-Organize, direct, and coordinate the work of the kitchen staff under their supervision. \-Direct and plan all activities required to carry out gastronomic production in the kitchen. \-Perform qualified and responsible oversight, control, and monitoring of the food preparation and distribution process. \-Conduct inventories and controls of materials, raw materials, goods, etc., used within their area of responsibility. \-Collaborate in developing work procedures, instructions, and programs applicable to the kitchen area, drawing upon their technical expertise. \-Submit procurement proposals for goods and raw materials to the warehouse and manage their conservation, storage, and yield until processing. \-Supervise and control the maintenance and use of kitchen machinery, materials, tools, etc., conducting corresponding inventories and replacement proposals. \-Assist in training personnel under their supervision. Requirements: \- Technical studies in gastronomy or international gastronomy \- Minimum 2 years of experience \- Experience in collective catering (cafeterias) \- Ability to work collaboratively with respect in a dynamic environment.
