Positive work environment and job stability based on performance A production-sector company is currently seeking Production Operators to join its production plant in the commune of Renca. We are looking for responsible, committed individuals with a positive attitude to perform duties on the production line in a dynamic environment focused on final product quality. Main Responsibilities: Washing potatoes or other products as required by production needs. Drying, frying, distillation, and seasoning processes. Packaging products according to specified weight. Quality control of finished products. Packaging for dispatch. Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. General support on the production line. This position requires physical effort and continuous work on the production line. Work Schedule and Modality: Rotating shifts (day, afternoon, and night according to scheduling). On-site modality. One-hour lunch break. Residence near the area is ideal (no shuttle buses provided). Requirements: Experience in production lines and/or quality control (desirable but not mandatory). Experience or no experience in operating machinery. Good physical condition. Commitment to safety and quality standards. We Offer: Production bonus.
