You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling our national distribution fleet operations, promptly managing incidents, and supporting decision-making through operational data analysis — directly contributing to an excellent experience for our customers. **Main Job Responsibilities** Monitor in real time the location and status of distribution vehicles via fleet management platforms. Verify compliance with planned routes and schedules, promptly identifying operational deviations. Detect, record, and escalate fleet incidents such as delays, route deviations, or operational failures. Continuously track operational progress and communicate fleet status to relevant departments. Extract, consolidate, and analyze operational data using data analytics tools and management reports. Keep fleet tracking information updated in the company-defined systems. Coordinate with various operational departments to support incident resolution and ensure service continuity. Ensure proper recording of events and incidents associated with distribution operations. **Conditions** Possibility of indefinite-term contract based on performance Pudahuel, ENEA area 6x1 work schedule * Monday to Wednesday: 08:30–17:30 * Thursday to Friday: 08:30–16:30 * Saturday: 08:30–13:30 **Desired Profile** ------------------ Completed secondary education. Technical training in Logistics, Transportation, or related fields is desirable. Prior experience in fleet monitoring, operational control, or similar functions within logistics and distribution companies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (user level), especially Excel. Familiarity with fleet management platforms (TMS) is desirable. Knowledge of SQL and data analytics tools is desirable. Ideally, familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
